American sociologist McKeever asked these questions about democracy. 

 

Q1. Are people safe when they speak out against government policies?

Q2. Are people free to form organizations to oppose government policies?

Q3. Can I vote against a party in political power without being retaliated against?

Q4. Will the government be removed from power if there is a majority vote against the party in power?

Q5. Are elections conducted legally and properly?


He wrote "Networks of Government, Deformed Power, The Pursuit of Happiness, Politics and Society" and developed the theory of authority attribution. 

He believed that society is the relationship between people and their needs and desires, and he tried to explain society in terms of the interrelationships between groups by bifurcating society. 

The dichotomy is between communal society (community) and association (association). 


In other words, he explained that individualism and social organization are compatible, and by distinguishing between the state and the community, he established a definition of the attributes of authority through the theory of interrelatedness.As a result, individuals and groups are said to flow in an extremely specialized direction. 



He believed that social evolution does not necessarily go in a progressive direction, because progress can only be measured by individual judgment.
